Each of the elements within the entremets will create a balanced finished product tailored to your chosen base flavour profile.


For example, for Chocolate, Raspberry, Vanilla - this will consist of a rich chocolate mousse composing the outer layer, with creamy vanilla and tangy raspberry inserts emebedded inside. A decadent and soft chocolate sponge lines the bottom.

Our standard round and square cakes are designed for 6-8 people (18cm).  For large orders (+12 people), please contact us.
