What is Rooibos Tea?
Rooibos tea (known internationally as red or redbush tea) is a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion.

It is cultivated exclusively in South Africa, with just 16 regions within the Western and Northern Cape of the country being the only regions where the plant can be grown and legitimately be called Rooibos Tea.
